The Passive Guy, on his great blog, www.ThePassiveVoice.com, talked today about a writer’s estate. Dorothy Parker.

As I am slowly, and I do mean slowly, working through my friend’s estate, clearing up item after item on what was a very simple will, I want to stress the importance of what the Passive Guy is saying. Have a will. It won’t solve all the problems, as PG points out, but from a person who is in the middle of dealing with an estate, it solves a lot of problems.
