Madly Working On Moving Workshops

November Workshops Should Have a New Home…

I should, if I work late into the night, get the regular November online workshops moved over to Teachable.com in time to send out the first letters by Sunday. But it will be a push. Worth it when finished.

As for the Kickstarter Credits, if you would like to take a November workshop, write me directly and let me know which one you would like to sign up for. You get a classic workshop credit with that as well, but you can sign up for it at any time if you want.

We still have a few days waiting for Kickstarter to set the final numbers. With luck the workshop surveys will go out tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday.

So other than ramping up the exercise and working on workshops, it was a pretty dull day.

Except that I turned in Issue Zero of Pulphouse Fiction Magazine. The line-up will stun you. I’ll post it here later this weekend.

Hey Dean, exercise is good, but if you’re still wanting to lose weight, try a diet of grilled meats and sauteed vegetables. Grill the meat in avocado oil (high smoke point), and the vegetables in olive oil. You’re pretty much guaranteed to lose all body fat that way.

Also, as you get older, your body’s ability to process protein weakens, so you actually need to add MORE meat to your diet to preserve muscle tone.

    Just a health tip.

That’s what I did, Jason. Lot’s of meat and fish and veggies. No wheat, no rice, no milk, no sugar. So far I’ve lost 33 pounds and my yoga pants are too loose! 🙂

You know what is really, really annoying about eating like that and getting some exercise??? I feel better. Really annoying. (grin)
