Master Business Class.

The October online workshops have almost no one signed up, but that is a very different matter than the Master Business Class held here in Las Vegas. There are now ONLY TWO spots open for this class in Las Vegas from October 19th through the morning of the 24th.

You will not believe the list of instructors who will be teaching this workshop. Kevin J. Anderson, Dave Farland, Rebecca Moesta, Loren Coleman, and The Passive Guy will be helping me and Kris and Mark Leslie and a bunch of others over the five days.

Cost is $750. Still time to jump in.

Notebooks full of more information than you can imagine. And fantastic networking. Lunch with instructors every day plus a hospitality suite every evening to sit and talk with others.

Writing everyone with workshops I hope tomorrow. If you have credits in this Fiction River Kickstarter, you can take an October workshop if you want, no issue. Just write me and tell me which one.

      Cheers

You know I’m in 2 minds about what to study next: Speed seems important as to where I am now. How to Study seems interesting, and maybe useful.

But I’m also torn on either transcribing TV shows to study accent / pacing (aka Character Voice and Setting) or just using what I’ve learnt in the last few months into my writing before learning more…

(All of this once I’ve finished the Tags workshop of course… Damn you for making so many damned good workshops Dean and Kris!)

    Choices, choices, choices.

We just do workshops that we wish someone would have been doing as we were coming in. Trying to help writers cut off years in the learning process, basically. And we never, in our wildest imaginations, and we both have wild imaginations, ever thought these workshops would get to this point. And as long as we both are still learning from them, we’ll keep on.

I don’t know if you’re taking years off my writing learning process but what I can tell you is that you’ve saved my writing career before it even started. Thanks to the Writing into the Dark Workshop…

Kenny I did Speed a couple months ago — the Speed WORKSHOP, I mean — and it was about so much more than just writing quickly. I’d highly recommend that one!!

Thanks, RK, I might just have to start that workshop and see where it leads!

I think I’m all craft workshopped out right now… 🙂
