Talking About Lifetime Subscriptions

Since We Have Offered This For Almost Two Months…

I figured I would update how it has worked. And give information on one change in signing up.

From this side, it has worked wonderfully, actually. A number of the lifetime subscribers took the Insider’s Guide first two workshops (all new and old workshops are included) and it was great to have them in the mix in the live discussions every Sunday. I hope a few will also join in on the live sessions of the Serial and Detective workshops starting up.

And a number of the lifetime subscribers are working through workshops at their own pace, sending me the assignments as they go. That really is the key. It is all at your own pace and if a new workshop shows up, you are automatically signed up and can take it if you want or wait until later.

And that is easy for me and works great from my side. Each writer is sort of getting a private class and at their own pace.

Over forty-some online workshops on the craft of writing and publishing with thousands of teaching videos by me, Kristine Kathryn Rusch, and Allyson Longueira.

This includes all pop-up workshops as they come on board, all classic workshops, all six strength workshops, all Insider’s Guide workshops, and all regular workshops. (Does not include lectures. They have their own subscription package.)

This is a total, at the moment, of almost $11,000 in value in workshops. So if you are serious about learning and getting all the new workshops as they come up, jump into this lifetime subscription now.

ALL NEW WORKSHOPS ADDED IN THE FUTURE WILL BE INCLUDED. (This is a lifetime subscription.) We have scheduled at least seven new workshops this late summer through the fall and maybe redo on the live webinars plus some new ones.

Now, here is what is new in signing up.

If you have just started taking workshops, just sign up on Teachable. The cost is $3,000. You can pay with credit card or Paypal.

If you have taken ten or more of the regular workshops already, write me at dean.wmgworkshops@gmail.com and the cost will be $2,000 instead of $3,000. You must go through Paypal through.

We have now added a middle price. If you have taken 5 regular workshops, the price is $2,500. Again, write me if you have questions or want to jump in.

We have expanded the offerings of this workshop program far beyond what we had imagined it would be when we started, and now with teachable, we can offer a much better way to get all of them to take at your own pace.

Any questions, just write me.

MAY INSIDER’S GUIDE Workshops

Sunday the two May Insider’s Guide workshops started. The first live webinars for each will be this upcoming Sunday and they run for four weeks, with recorded videos and assignments every week and a webinar at the end of every week.

The webinars are basically me talking for an hour with you folks asking questions that I answer. It is live, but I am the only one on video. Everyone else is asking questions through a chat function.

These two are going to be great fun. And I am still laughing about the first assignment Kris came up with for the Writing Detective Fiction workshop.

— Insider’s Guide to Writing Serial Fiction (2,000 word parts of a novel) (Starts May 6th)
— Insider’s Guide to Writing Detective Fiction. (Starts May 6th)

$300 each, limited to ten writers plus lifetime subscribers. One time workshops. They will not be regular. Sorry.

(Lifetime Subscribers have access to them of course as well as all new courses going forward. And all workshops as well.)

GO TO TEACHABLE TO SIGN UP.

I’m working on it, I’m working on it! =)

I’m going to get both lifetime subscriptions – its just taking time for me to budget and save. I’m on track to be able to get them in March, barring any more unexpected emergencies.

    =)

That’s lovely to hear! I’ve taken 7 of the online workshops (plus Think Like a Publisher and Pitches & Blurbs when they were offered on the coast), so I believe I would be eligible. 😀 I am broke right now, but I trust that state will not continue indefinitely. So when I have money again…crossing my fingers that this offer might still be available!

I’ve only just purchased a Lifetime Subscription a few days ago, but the ability to start a workshop when I’m ready is already paying dividends.

I want to get the Lifetime subscription to the workshops as soon as I can afford it.
