That Was Rough

Not At All Sure Why I Did That To Myself…

Now anyone here knows I work until 5 a.m. or later in the mornings. So like an idiot, I set up a return flight from Vegas to leave at 6 a.m. And I had a two hour drive the airport over to the coast after I got into Portland.

Yes, I set that up. I have no memory of the stupid thinking I was doing when I did that. I have no one to blame but myself, darn it.

So after managing to get a few hours sleep, I left the hotel at 3:30 a.m. and everything went smoothly. Slept on the two hour flight. Got home feeling like I had been hit by a truck.

So naps off and on all day allowed me to get here now, doing this at close to my normal time. Dumbest idea for a flight time I have ever done.

But a fun trip.

Including six different times eating the bread pudding. That is enough for one year. (grin)

Now home, doing assignments for the workshops, going slowly through email, and I have a few fun ideas I’ll talk about later in the week.

And I broke even on the poker. Considering I played fewer tournaments than I wanted to play, I’ll take it.
